SignsOnDemand AB (SoD) söker fler medlemmar till styrelsen som kan vara med och leda bolaget framåt och nå nya mål tillsammans med VD och övriga ledningen.

Om oss;
Vi levererar skyltar och märkning för installationer i stora delar av Europa inom 24h från beställning. Vi har vår produktion fördelat på tre fabriker tillika bolag i Norrtälje, Orsa och Balingen i Tyskland. Det mest kända bolaget inom SoD i Sverige är SkyltDirect AB. Totalt är det cirka 60 anställda fördelat på produktion, försäljning, ekonomi och administration.
SkyltDirect AB grundades 1998 med affärsidén att sälja skyltar med minimal mänsklig kontakt. SoD är nu ett renodlat bolag som inriktar sig på skylt- och märkningslösningar för främst elinstallatörer.

Om uppdraget;

Som extern styrelsemedlem kommer du att ha en avgörande roll i bolagets övergripande strategiska beslutsfattande. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med andra styrelsemedlemmar för att säkerställa bolagets fortsatta framgång och tillväxt enligt ägardirektivet.
Som extern styrelsemedlem hos SoD får du möjlighet att bidra till företagets strategiska riktning, säkerställa tillväxt och stödja vår fortsatta globala expansion.
Styrelsen sammanträder årligen ett par gånger för ordinarie styrelsemöten och ytterligare möten vid behov. Styrelsens viktigaste uppdrag är att stötta och utmana ledningen och bolaget i de beslut som ska fattas. Övergripande mål är till en början att bli börsfähigt inom fem år samt att hitta och tillsätta en VD för bolaget.
Våra förväntningar på ny styrelsemedlem:

• Intresse av och ett eget driv för styrelsearbete
• Viljan att, förutom sedvanligt styrelsearbete, bolla tankar och beslut med ledningen
• Branscherfarenhet hos minst en i styrelsen
• Erfarenhet av ekonomi och försäljning
• Innovativ inom automation och affärsutveckling
• Vi ser helst att styrelsen består av 3-5 medlemmar med kompetenser inom ekonomi, bolagsstyrning och inom el och märkning.

Just nu finns flera olika projekt i pipen och det kan handla om allt från att starta upp nya verksamheter och dotterbolag eller projekt inom IT och franchiseverksamhet. För oss är det viktigt att du gillar det du gör om dagarna, så att vi tillsammans kan komma fram till ett passande projekt som passar just dig är det viktigaste.

Just nu söker vi projektledare till vårt kontor i Norrtälje. Här samlar vi personer med skills inom ekonomi, HR, logistik, programmering och projektledning. Allt för att kunna hjälpa våra dotterbolag att växa och bli bättre. I takt med att vi förvärvar och kanske startar fler dotterbolag behöver vi också bli fler här.

SkyTech bröt sig loss som moderbolag under 2022, vi är därför delvis under uppbyggnad av huvudkontoret och konceptet inom bolaget. Våra största dotterbolag tillverkar unika märkskyltar utifrån kundens beställning och levererar inom 24h. Ett av dessa bolag är Skyltdirect AB. Det är ett koncept som har fungerat väldigt bra och något vi vill göra inom fler branscher och skapa nya kundgrupper. Utöver skyltföretagen äger vi också Nordens största fisketillbehörsaffär, OFC. Även Vägfas som tillhandahåller lösningar för vägföreningar finns i koncernen. Utöver Skyltdirect som ligger i Norrtälje, har vi även Skylto i Orsa och Schilddirect i Balingen.
